Air charter broker disclosure

Jadeon Jet Group, LLC is an independent partner of JetEdco. JetEdco acts as the air charter broker for all flights arranged through this website. Neither Jadeon Jet Group nor JetEdco is a direct air carrier, and neither owns or operates aircraft. All flights are operated by FAA-certificated direct air carriers under 14 CFR Part 135 that hold and exercise full operational control of each flight. The name of the operating carrier is disclosed before booking.

The terms of any booking are set out in the written charter agreement for that trip, not on this website.

Information on this site

Content on this site, including aircraft descriptions, capacities, destinations and blog articles, is general information. Aircraft availability, pricing and schedules depend on each trip and are confirmed only in a written quote.

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or a contract. A trip is booked only once you accept a written quote and agreement.

Using the site

Please do not misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or submit false information through it.

Text, images and logos on this site belong to Jadeon Jet Group or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written consent.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, without any guarantee that it will be error free or uninterrupted.

What we collect

Quote requests on this site are submitted to and handled by JetEdco, the air charter broker that arranges flights booked through this website, using JetEdco's booking form. The form collects your trip type (one-way or round-trip), departure and arrival airports, number of passengers, departure and return dates, the aircraft category you choose and its estimated price range, your first and last name, email address, phone number, company, any special requests, and whether you would like catering, Wi-Fi, special cargo or a pet-friendly aircraft. You may also choose a JetEdco representative. Each request is labeled as coming from Jadeon Jet Group, along with any campaign tags in the page link.

While you use the form, your browser loads it and its airport and pricing data from JetEdco, and loads its typeface from Google Fonts.

When you call or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you choose to tell us.

If you use the “Report a problem” link in the footer, the description you enter is sent to FoundRx, the service we use to collect website issue reports.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.

How we use it

JetEdco, as the arranging broker, and Jadeon Jet Group, as its partner, use the information you give to respond to your request, prepare quotes, arrange your trip and contact you about it.

To arrange a flight, JetEdco shares the trip and passenger details needed with the operating carrier and, where you request them, with providers of services such as ground transportation or catering.

We use technical information and issue reports to keep the website working and secure.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or an analytics service. The issue reporting tool loaded on each page may store a small amount of data in your browser so it can work.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and trip records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@jadeonjetgroup.com.
